Bay Place by Oversee 30A | Perfect in Walton County Awards – Three-Time Diamond Winner – Best Rental Mgmt. 2026, 2025, 2024

Welcome to Bay Place, a 1965 bayfront home that has been completely reimagined as a stylish vintage coastal retreat. Set on nearly three acres, this three-bedroom, three-bath home has plenty of room to relax, play, and bring the dog along. Sorry, cats.

Highlights:
📍 On ‘The Bay’ in Santa Rosa Beach
🏖️ A short drive to Grayton Public Beach Access (5.8 miles)
👙 Private pool, treehouse with a wet and dry slide, spillover spa
🪞 Stunning interiors
🔪 Dream kitchen
🐶 Dog-friendly!
🚤 Fishing pier, private boat slip for up to a 30' boat
🔥 Gas grill

Inside, the original character gets a fresh take. The converted atrium and dramatic catwalk add a fun architectural twist, while the living spaces keep things comfortable and inviting.

The primary suite has a king bed, beautiful bay views, a standalone soaking tub, double vanity, and separate shower. The guest room, with king bed, has its own private bath with a tub/shower combo. Then there’s the bunk room, with two built-in twin-over-full bunks that kids will happily claim. The spacious utility room adds a Murphy bed and a fully renovated bathroom, giving your group even more flexibility.

Outside, the private pool comes with a feature kids will absolutely love: a slide that drops straight into the water from the adjoining treehouse. Adults get their own perks, too, with a spa, adjustable temperature, custom lighting, and the soothing sound of the waterfall. And then there’s the bay. Wow, these views are pretty hard to ignore.

Take advantage of the calm bay waters with a private boat slip that can accommodate a rental boat up to 30 feet. Prefer something smaller? Grab a kayak or paddleboard and make your way over to North Beach Social for lunch. It’s a pretty good way to spend an afternoon.

Bay Place is the kind of home that gives you plenty to do without ever feeling like you have to do anything at all. Vintage charm, thoughtful updates, a private pool, and the bay right outside. Not a bad setup.

At Oversee 30A, we keep things simple: clean, comfortable stays with a local team close by. Our office is nearby and open seven days a week, with 24/7 support if you need us.
