This three-story villa leans into vacation living in, and then some. Multiple balconies offer elevated views across the neighborhood, the sparkling pool below, and hints of blue water in the distance. Pull up a chair, settle in, and let time behave differently for a while.

Inside, the main living space feels fresh and inviting, with plush white sofas and a fireplace that adds just the right amount of cozy. Large windows keep the room light-filled and connected to the scenery outside.

The kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring granite countertops and a welcoming breakfast bar that naturally becomes the morning coffee headquarters. Nearby, the dining area centers around a rustic table beneath an elegant chandelier, with French doors opening to yet another leafy, coastal view.

The primary suite serves as a true retreat. A king bed, flat-screen TV, and generous storage make it easy to settle in, while rustic touches add warmth. The ensuite bath elevates the experience with dual vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, and a freestanding soaking tub placed beside tall windows that invite in soft natural light.

A cozy bunk room adds flexibility, complete with a TV for evening wind-downs and dresser storage to keep things organized.

Outdoors, a private sandy courtyard awaits, furnished with bright blue Adirondack chairs and framed by swaying palms. And the community pool? Just a short stroll away. Stunning!
Crow’s Nest delivers comfort, character, and just enough polish to feel special, an easy favorite at Blue Mountain Beach.

Oversee 30A keeps the experience smooth from start to finish. Expect a spotless home, thoughtful details, and a local team nearby seven days a week, with 24/7support.
