Sunny Cove delivers a lot of polished comfort and barefoot ease. Start the evening on the top-floor balcony as the sky softens into sunset, then wander downstairs for a swim under the stars. And the mornings? Thanks to the backyard oasis, they arrive with a little extra sparkle and feel absolutely unhurried.

The backyard centers around a private heated pool. Yes, private, and heated, and with a patio and grill ready for relaxed afternoons and easy dinners outside. No schedules. No rush. Just good days unfolding naturally.

Inside, the main living area lives on the first floor, where the kitchen and living space set the tone for long dinners, fireside conversations, and the kind of snacking that turns into a hobby. Sunlight pours through oversized doors, keeping the space bright from morning to night.

The kitchen pulls its weight (and then some) with an oversized island, premium appliances, and enough space to keep the company lively. Upstairs, the third-floor balcony earns its reputation as a favorite hangout, especially when the sky starts doing its evening thing.

Four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths make it easy for everyone to claim their own corner. From the second-floor primary suite to the top-level hideaway, each room is finished with cozy linens, its own TV, and a clear focus on comfort.

Sunny Cove comes with five complimentary bikes, making rides through Seagrove, Seaside, and WaterColor part of the daily plan. Getting around 30A doesn’t get much better than this.

Oversee 30A keeps the experience smooth from start to finish. Expect a spotless home, thoughtful details, and a local team nearby seven days a week, with support available anytime.
